TAWECOS (Tanzania Women and Environmental Conservation for Sustainable Development) is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting environmental conservation, community empowerment, and gender equality in Tanzania. With a deep-rooted belief in the interconnectedness of environmental sustainability and social progress, TAWECOS works tirelessly to create a greener, more equitable, and sustainable future for Tanzania.

To be a champion in promoting environmental conservation, balances the ecosystem,economic activities,women issues and social function are resilient to climatic change shocks/risks.
Our Vision

To facilitate/collaborate with development actors, including central government, community-based organization, NGOS and the private sector in order to build environmental resilient communities through climate smart projects/programs that balance the ecosystem,women's issues, economic activities, social functions of improving income
